Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Green Grass Landscape website at greengrasslandscape.com (the "Service") operated by Green Grass Landscape, a Green Garden Group company ("Green Grass Landscape", "we", "us" or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms
This section governs the text messages we send under Green Grass Landscape's customer-care SMS Program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
The Green Grass Landscape SMS Program sends operational customer-care messages, including consultation confirmations, install-day arrival windows, plant-care reminders during establishment, and follow-up messages after seasonal services. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through the SMS Program.
How to opt in
You may opt in by:
• Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact form at https://www.greengrasslandscape.com/work-with-us; or
• Replying YES to a one-time opt-in request after a phone or email conversation with our team.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You can interact with our team by phone or email without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project. Typical frequency is 1–5 messages per inquiry over a 2–6 week period.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages thereafter (except as required to complete a transaction you have initiated). You can also opt out by emailing privacy@greengardengrp.com.

Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Green Grass Landscape does not charge you for messages sent through the SMS Program. Carrier participation may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you provide through the SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Green Grass Landscape will not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the SMS messages themselves, under contractual restrictions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to the SMS Program
Green Grass Landscape may modify or terminate the SMS Program at any time. Material changes will be announced via text or email before they take effect where reasonable.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
